Pros

Great work environment and work-life balance . you're now 'on-call' or hit with weekend emergency projects

Cons

Their HQ was in a remote area - I wish they had a location or satellite office close to I-90 or even on the East Side

Pros

By showing initiative and working hard, you will advance in this company. New ideas are welcomed...but make sure that you have solid reasons to support your suggestions. Independent thinking is encouraged. CEO truly has an open-door policy and will accommodate your requests to meet (even before or after hours).

Cons

Small company so a few bad apples can certainly have an effect on office morale. A few toxic people have left (or will be leaving soon) and this is greatly improving the overall environment. Pay is once a month (but this is known prior to you being hired).

Pros

I very much enjoyed working under Patricia and Anthony! They really make the employees feel like a family. As long as you are transparent with management, they do what they can to help you. There is a later start than most jobs 9am, but if you’re not hourly you’re normally working until 6pm. They like to play games and team building to keep moral up! I can honestly say that this is the only job I have left where I left due to coworker difficulties and not due to management.

Cons

Getting paid once a month (known before accepting the position) If you’re going to be more than 5 minutes late you have to take 1/2 day.
