Remote, flex PTO, average benefits.

Cons

The recruiting manager is a complete and genuine tyrant. He uses offensive and sexist language and has the communication style of the roughest sandpaper imaginable. Zero formal processes, everything is done ad-hoc and nothing is consistent anywhere. Worst decision of my entire career to join and already looking forward to leaving less than 60 days in.
