Pros

Diverse and fun group of people. Clear business focus and vision. An amazing list of customers who love the product and company. Experienced management that minimizes the drama that you often see with startups and offers internal growth opportunities. Cross fit classes!

Cons

Customers all over the world so sometimes need to work with them at night (if you're on California time like me).

Pros

We have a lot of different people from different backgrounds here, and they all have very valuable input. This has helped us create a much better product in the long run, and its great to know that your input is heard and treated as valuable.

Cons

SpaceIQ isn't understaffed by any means, but we could use more people to help support our growth in the future.
