Pros
- My job is meaningful and our goals are not unrealistic - Meetings are efficient and you know your action items coming out of one - We do away with all the typical chains of management - Management is open if you want your role to go in a certain direction - Men/Women treated equally, friendly environment
Cons
From day 1, there is no formal training. You learn as you go and sometimes others on the team are just too overloaded to teach a new hire. Need better onboarding process. Stressful environment because work is never ending, but it's never the same thing.
