      Work on interesting stuff and some people are fun

      Cons

      get stuck cleaning up RE's messes and working with fresh out of college kids that know nothing. You also have to deal with terrible middle managment and HR might as well be part of the legal team. DO NOT go to HR for help. Best advice is due your time vest some stock and get out before you lose your soul to petty managment back stabbing

      •So much room for improvement and learning. •Employees work here for months and years and still learn something new. •Fascinating place to work at. There is always something to do and keeps everyone busy and intrigued. • Great discount and perks

      Cons

      • Super-fast paced environment, where it seems like there is not much time to "catch-up" before the next change comes around. Not necessarily a bad thing, but not enough time to brainstorm on current projects. • WIth anything, there could be times of stress. Seems like one needs to be by their laptop/phones at all time. • Busy days where hourly employees don't often take their (2) 15-minute breaks. Employees work over 40 a week, every week. Work/life balance is hard to maintain.
