      Cutting edge technology. Coffee bar.

      Under values employees The most you will make is the day you hire in. Wages don't keep up with inflation. Employees are expected to work in dangerous conditions on top of another during a pandemic. Sacrifice yourself for elon's vanity project. Caps the amount you can buy in stock while elon makes most of it. Fails to compensate employees when employees reach set goals.

      Hiring and supporting the smartest engineering talent.

      Cons

      Clearly an engineering first organization where support/G&A groups (i.e. recruiting dept) can host a blatant toxic work culture and behaviors without consequence for the group leaders. In other words, nobody cares about you unless you’re an Eng. or better yet an Eng leader.
