      Unique opportunity to be involved with all aspects of space flight.

      Pros

      No place quite like it, applying a vertical model to space flight. Factory is in the back, can get hands on hardware Very talented co-workers. Unique experiences with test and launch. Stock options a plus.

      Cons

      Compensation is seemingly on the lower end. Expect a "work first" attitude. Not very team oriented, often a single person takes the fall. Function organization, dividing the stakeholders.

      Pros

      Lots of work involved but you have to love working there. You have to WANT to be working there. It's fun and you can be proud to be part of company who's doing so much great things.

      Cons

      It's a lot of work but if you're working here, then that means you want to work here, so you sign up for that basically.
