      Pros

      People at Space Exploration Technologies have a "work hard, play hard" mentality and are always motivated. There is a great sense of constantly contributing to the greater good of the company.

      Cons

      Most people work very odd hours of the day, which makes for a relatively inflexible schedule. Sometimes lack of communication between departments.

      Pros

      Really cool and interesting things to do, if your an engineer.

      Cons

      If your not an engineer, it is like a labor camp with a "click" like atmosphere to boot. As long as you party with the right people, live your life with no days off, you are in. If you have a life outside of Spacex, do notwork here, you will be judged and eventually booted. By the way, if you have any outside Aerospace experience, you are a moron to an engineer. Good luck
