      Exciting place to work, but management is lacking.

      Pros

      Amazing company on the forefront of Space access.

      Cons

      Employee personal needs are not met. Issues not adequately confronted. There's way to much "drama" for a professional workplace. Even though the majority of the company is young, there isn't enough professionalism a lot of the time. Many managers definitely play favorites, in a way that may be detrimental to other employees.

      Not many good things unless it is your first job out of school.

      Cons

      Hideous hours (long), Unrealistic expectations, Talked to like dirt from young recent grad engineers. Treated like an idiot if you have any experience other than academic crap.

      SpaceX is changing the world, and that's an exciting thing. Everyone's highly motivated, high energy, and very intelligent. If you want to make a difference, this is the place to be.

      Cons

      SpaceX can also be a very challenging environment. The hours are long, and the deadlines are unforgiving. Be prepared to sacrifice large chunks of your free time.
