Cons
-Depending on project and phase of development, can be long hours and significant travel required to launch sites, test facilities, or suppliers -Can be difficult to get proper recognition even for significant contributions -Organizational structure continuously changing. This can be a pro if you are interested in management as there are always people leaving leadership roles
