Business Outlook
Pros
Very good WLB balance. Sometimes you are unlucky and have a crazy on call schedule, but you can the time time off the next day. Company culture is good and there are tons of strong engineers here. The potential here is crazy and the amount of tech you can work is amazing.
Cons
If you been here for a while with no growth. Leaves much to be desired. The yearly raises are not much. There is no bonuses. Employee retention is a problem at the time of writing this.
