All cons are fairly typical of growing software companies: Legacy code that's hard to change and a healthy amount of process. There's some positive to the process and it's come a long way but it could be better. Coaching/learning/knowledge spreading could also be better. There's also a good amount of siloed knowledge and there aren't that many junior engineers, so the culture isn't very geared toward teaching. It seems like people assume everyone knows everything, or maybe there just isn't enough time in the day. It's also not a very diverse place but it seems like they bend over backwards to create an inclusive environment to make up for that.

Diversity is a problem. (Few women or minorities in leadership. None at C-level.) Execution needs to be faster. (The downside of work/life balance for us workaholics.) Double down on marketing and product spend.
