CEO and CTO are well aligned and have a strong vision for the company, and it is set for continued growth. Open-door policy gives you access to the CEO should you want or need it. Good sense of humor throughout the organization helps keep work fun.

Highly talented people, good benefits such as 401 match, flexible working hours, lots of career growth opportunities! A wonderful CEO with an open door policy who inspires employees in all different levels! He recognizes individual's contributions and makes you feel appreciated! This is something rare in the current tech industry. If you get the opportunity to work for Message Systems do not pass it up!
