As a groomer, it's so important to me to work somewhere that truly puts the well-being of the dogs first and Sparkle Dog Care absolutely delivers on that. Every decision made in the salon is focused on what’s best for the dog, creating a calm, safe, and compassionate environment that I’m proud to be a part of. Every dog is treated with care, patience, and respect, and it's clear that their well-being always comes first. The work-life balance here is fantastic. Management genuinely respects our time and well-being, which makes a huge difference for our mental health, and the pay is competitive and fair. It's great to feel both appreciated and financially supported in this role. What really sets Sparkle apart though is the team culture. It's a supportive environment where everyone helps each other out and takes pride in their work. We laugh a lot and genuinely enjoy coming in every day.
