Decent company but lost its ethics

Pros

Good people, exceptional CEO (now not in charge), cordial atmosphere

Cons

Inefficient & inexperienced people sometimes in senior executive positions like VP. India teams are crushed due to bad work distribution on part of executives. Some VPs unqualified in their fields, intimidated by real talent, sidelining people. Promotions usually went to past working acquaintances, new entrants left out.

Pros

Some Sr consultants are really the best in their own modules/technologies. But they could leave the company any time.

Cons

Lousy Management Team in the Utilities Business Practice... they overpromise and don't deliver. With consultants and customers as well. Very cheap on expenses and you will have to pay your own travels and wait until they pay you back. Only graduates to lead important workstreams.
