This company is a scam

Pros

There are no pros at all.

Cons

This company owes thousands and thousands of dollars to their current and former employees. Their operations are unethical and there are 0 morals here. All of the bad reviews are 100% accurate and not exaggerated. Managers sleep with their co workers and you have to drink and party with the owners to even be considered for a promotion. They frequently delay our pay claiming that they are going through some hardships yet they drive super cars. I've seen them hire so many new people and lay them off in 2 weeks. I've seen them lay off people who have been with the company for years. This is not a stable job and it is indeed too good to be true. Avoid this company at all costs and research all of the lawsuits brought upon this company! I haven't been paid for 4 of my closed deals and every time I ask, I am avoided! This is a scam of a company and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone! Such a bizarre environment and definitely the absolute worst experience of my life working here.

Pros

iPads given and CRM tools

Cons

They do not pay employees. Late every single pay period with excuses on why they can’t pay. No communication and no one seems to have any answers but expects you to work like everything’s “normal”.

Pros

True opportunity to lead, build, and scale a team with the tools, autonomy, and support needed to succeed. Strong culture for self-starters who want to grow at their own pace while being accountable for results. Leadership is empowered to make decisions, develop people, and create a winning environment.

Cons

Fast-paced environment with high expectations can be challenging if you’re not self-motivated or comfortable taking ownership early on
