This company is a masterclass in how not to run a business.
Leadership is staggeringly incompetent. There is no vision, no structure, and no professionalism. Management operates in constant reaction mode, changing expectations on a whim and offering zero clarity on goals, metrics, or priorities. You are praised one day and penalized the next often for the same behavior.
The most alarming issue is pay. Wages are delayed, withheld, or arbitrarily “suspended,” even while employees are actively working. Requests for pay stubs or documentation are met with deflection, silence, or the classic excuse that “HR is unavailable.” This is not just sloppy it’s unethical and unprofessional .
Performance Improvement Plans are used as a weapon, not a development tool. Employees are placed on PIPs without objective criteria, while managers continue to verbally acknowledge good performance. It feels less like performance management and more like a paper trail to justify termination while avoiding responsibility.
Then there’s the timing. Employees were terminated during the Christmas holiday period with no warning or honest reason and no regard for financial stability, planning, or basic human decency. Letting people go right before or during the holidays, while pay issues are unresolved, perfectly summarizes the company’s priorities and complete lack of empathy.
Professionalism is nonexistent:
• Leadership avoids difficult conversations
• HR disappears when it matters most
• Managers contradict each other regularly
• Accountability flows downward only
The culture is toxic and fear driven. Employees are discouraged from asking questions, raising concerns, or advocating for themselves especially when it comes to pay. Those who do are quietly pushed out or treated as liabilities. Morale is predictably terrible, and turnover is constant.
This company burns through people and acts shocked when they leave. There is zero respect for employees’ time, finances, or mental health. Leadership seems more concerned with protecting themselves and looking “cool” than building a functional, ethical workplace.
