It makes sense that upper management is so spineless and unable to lead, protect their staff, or satisfy customers when the owners promote vicious backstabbing as a rule. After that no one has a backbone left in tact or any moral fiber - it’s all been shredded by the dishonest and disingenuous “leadership,” of the CEO and her hen-pecked and cowardly husband. If the CEO shames and disparages her own family members in front of employees- what hope does anyone else have? And it rolls down hill. Don’t count on HR for help, they will just simper back and trash you for fun. Dishonesty is the standard so much so that employees will not get bonuses for hard work but will get paid for posting positive reviews on this platform. Look for the short ones - those scored the writers a great Amazon gift card! If you believe 70% of people on this platform endorse the CEO, I assure you they never met her. Count yourself lucky if you have not. RUN!!!
