Don't work here

Pros

Remote work and flexible hours.

Cons

So many to list. They want you to think they motivate others to reach their potential and embrace success; they don’t it’s the opposite. Leadership is horrible. Leadership has no empathy and are dishonest. Leadership shows blatant favoritism; poor workers get away with doing little to no work and keep their jobs while others that do good work are laid off. The environment is toxic. If office supplies or something is needed for you to do your job, it comes out of your pocket; do not expect the company to pay for it. If there is an expense that will come from overhead, it won’t. Raises (if you want to call it raise) are not based on performance. HR is only out to protect the company, shows no regard for the employee. Benefits costs and deductibles are extraordinarily high; don’t expect to have your medical expense covered under the insurance plan, pretty much they will all be out of pocket. If you want to take a class that will benefit the company, you have to take PTO. You also have to take PTO if called for jury duty. Pay is below industry standards. Give a lot of thought before accepting a job here.

Management Failures and Toxic Work Culture.

Recommend
CEO approval
Business Outlook

Pros

Some good employees and good work.

Cons

The culture is toxic. Passive-aggressive behaviors by senior staff are tolerated and a lot of internal politics, which management ignores along with issues and feedback. They make poor decisions and are disorganized, showing no integrity. They depend on the PM/Tech lead judgment. Some team members feel their work is undervalued, or even punished due to the lack of trust between employees and management, and they feel like their voices aren't heard. Management has created an unfriendly and unhealthy competition among team members and fails to hold accountable those who do not work or whose work is subpar. Additionally, they lie to project stakeholders.
