Pros

Managers are there for you when you need them and very understanding. I was placed at a contract that was in a relaxed environment, so no micromanaging. When my contract was up, they helped to place me at a new contract.

Cons

Dental health insurance wasn't the best (didn't cover braces for adults), but that's probably a personal problem.
