Pros

My interview and onboarding was very well organized and hassle free. Direct Deposit occurred from the first payday. Benefits were easy to understand and sign up for. HR staff was responsive and available. The job itself was with a client that I had worked with before so I knew that side of things would be fine. But it is much easier to work for a federal client when the vendor takes care of you.

Cons

Nothing really to complain about.

Pros

The transition from our old contract to new contract and new company Spatial Front was seamless. I honestly could not have asked for a smoother transition when becoming an employee. The company has a lot of great employee benefits to reimbursement of Gym membership, to BJ's/ Costco Membership, and Cell Phone reimbursement are just a few they offer to their employees. The Executive Management staff have been so friendly and great to work with. I feel like I have been working here for years because of the relationships and partnerships I have built already.

Cons

At this point I don't really have anything negative to say, all has been very positive experience so far.

Worst Company I've Ever Had the Displeasure of Working For

Some of the other employees were cool. And sometimes, very occasionally, management would provide lunch.

Cons

The company is owned and run by a married couple who have shouting matches in Mandarin (behind closed doors; however, the entire office can hear). It is documented in their employee manual that English is to be used in the office, yet they speak in Chinese much of the time. They treat their employees like completely expendable entities, and don't get me started on what they do to their poor interns! Initially, I really appreciated their vision, but as soon as I got on board, the attitude changed and I was treated very poorly. Management is demeaning and often very rude. Also, the owners have very questionable ethics - I was privy to a LOT of shady stuff. Terrible, terrible, terrible. I'd give them zero stars if it were possible.
