Pros

For those who want to make positive contributions in a team environment, this is a great company to be at. Creativity is appreciated and initiative is recognized and rewarded. Opportunities to explore new technologies are plentiful. Employees are encouraged for learning new skills and and rewarded for earning certifications. Project teams become like mini-families, fully supported by the corporate back office. Management listens to suggestions and takes them to heart. HR and Accounting teams are responsive and helpful!

Cons

Sometimes "weak links" are allowed to linger on teams too long.

Co-workers, we were like family everyone helping each other

The pay sucked and they were some of the most unprofessional managers and supervisors I've ever worked for.
