I am a new employee at Spatial Front, and I have already seen a variety of benefits from this work environment. The owners and employees have created an atmosphere that is friendly and supportive to everyone. The CAO's door is open to everyone, and she is willing to go the extra mile for everyone she crosses paths with on a daily basis.

Cons

I have no concerns, and I am excited to see what the future with this company brings!

Pros

Professional, Courteous, Honest - just a few words to describe working at SFI. Fairly new to the company, but have been impressed with them from the start. From recruitment, through the probationary period, until the present, the company has been upfront and fair with their dealings and I'm grateful for their offer and continued confidence in having me as their employee. Upper management does show that they care for their employees, especially their COO who does regular site visits for the different contracts and makes it a point to check in and meet with the onsite employees.

Cons

Not much, it's a growing company that's experiencing some growing pains. If anything, they are innovative in trying new ideas and sometimes make some honest mistakes in the process, but that's normal.

Company is passionate about technology innovation. $3,000 training budget for every employee is available at day one of hire. Lots of career opportunities since company grows fast. Promotion happens fast for employees who work hard and perform. Company increases benefit every year and HR responds to employee inquiry within 24 hours.

Cons

This place is not for those who spends the day on Facebook, shopping online or otherwise goofing off while work goes undone.
