Pros

Location of facility being in Arizona and close to my present home. Peers and subordinates were willing to work as a team. Flexibility in being able to perform engineering functions to get the job done.

Cons

Contract work. Was not given the opportunity to hire on full time. Lack of communication from upper management pertaining to role of engineer position in company.
