Pros

the company and people you work with are always very friendly and are willing to help you further your career there by learning as much as possible. this is definitely a great job to get some manufacturing experience because you don't need any prior experience to get a position here.

Cons

pay isn't that great for the time and materials you work with and sometimes management has a hard time communicating to its operators in general about everything. you work 10 hours a day for about 5-6 days a week all year round.

Decent pay, enough to get by for a while, friendly people to work with, overtime is great, good starting job

Cons

Managment is failing, no room for growth, attendance policy is horrible, payrate is way under what they should be for automotive manufacturing

Pros

A lot of things going on. One of the few bright spots for Manufacturing in the Phoenix area. Lots of opportunity to get in on something new. Very smart dedicated people that understand the industry.

Cons

In a couple of years, I wonder what will happen when things level out. Heath benefits really suck. Make sure you get extra money coming in to compensate for this.
