OK place to work if you need to make money.

Pros

Lots of hours even if you don't want them. Pretty easy job.

Cons

Mandatory over work, if you work second shift you get all of the first shift's problems. Tried to report improper SOP procedures, management did nothing. Clique mentality, either you kiss up to management or you become an enemy.

It's Just a paycheck and better than nothing

Cons

high insurance cost. Mandatory overtime. Worked in teams if 1 person was bad the whole team paid for it.
