      Pros

      Casual work environment. Can come and go as you please without being monitored. Fully stocked fridge. Supportive upper management. Mobility across departments and positions- you can be a life-timer here.

      Cons

      There is a constant battle between departments with different objectives and goals, which makes it hard to efficiently work together.

      Free snacks and coffee in the kitchen, monthly catered lunch, summer outings, christmas parties

      Cons

      Management is a complete joke, they only promote people they like and not based on their ability to manage or experience. Campaign Managers are working ALL the time, I mean holidays, on your PTO, overtime and most weekends. The overtime is not compensated for since you are on a yearly salary. Seriously say goodbye to your personal life since you will be slaving away at this dead end job.

      Salaries were decent, working conditions were nice (free food, fun team building), nice building to work in, free parking and access to the airport

      Cons

      The owners have a frat house culture and promote their friends. Promotions aren't based on ability, but who they like the most. If you are serious about getting a good foundation to take to another job, this isn't the place for you.
