Pros

Spectora is a first class company through and through. The prospects and customers love the brand. They seem to hire motivated, empathetic and just great humans.

Cons

The company is constantly growing so there are times you won't have 100% guidance, procedures or rules in place to follow.

Pros

The kindness and encouragement we get from Spectora's leadership team is unparalleled. We are given opportunities to learn and if you thrive in an environment where you are not micromanaged but trusted to do your work well, you'll love Spectora. I've been with Spectora for a little over a year and still absolutely enjoy working with incredible people and clients!

Cons

Not for me, but probably not the best place for people who prefers to be micromanaged.

Pros

Collaboration here is on point. So many decisions, big and small, get discussed within our team and everyone's voice matters.

Cons

Some days its harder to feel engaged with your counterparts working remotely, but the team does a great job keeping everyone connected via Slack, Zoom, etc. to keep improving the team bond.
