Pros

Pay, PTO, remote work, and other benefits.

Cons

Leadership is not transparent, and employee concerns do not seem to be handled in a meaningful or constructive way. The company appears highly focused on financial performance, often at the expense of employee experience and customer outcomes. Changes in leadership and structure have created an environment I would not recommend to others.

Pros

From top to bottom, everyone at the company genuinely cares about your well being and success. Spectora fosters growth through an empathetic culture and through intentional training and mentorship. They unlock the power of individuals stifled by previous employers. I'm an idea guy; my brain works in weird ways, but where I used to be kept in a box, Spectora nurtures and educates allowing me to dream and reach new heights. I can't imagine a company doing it better.

Cons

Sometimes both of the bathrooms at the office are busy and I have to wait 5 mins.

Pros

Excellent team, lateral movement in the company, excellent and high quality product, a lot of potential for the company to grow. The owners are very active with all employees and actually hear you out. They really encourage you to ask questions and schedule one on one meetings with them. I've never worked for a company where I could just pop in and make a meeting with the owners!

Cons

You have to be a fast learner and be comfortable working from home. Days can get busy and fast paced, just be aware of that.
