Employees work remotely, but it doesn't help much in mitigating the stress you'll experience.
Cons
Spectro has one of the worst management I have ever seen. They are toxic, demanding, and blatanly play favorites. They've also got no idea what they're doing half of the time, and whenever they make a terrible decision, they blame employees instead of taking accountability.

Working here has been a truly positive experience. The leadership team, especially my direct manager, genuinely cares about employee success and well-being. I’ve always felt supported and encouraged to grow, both professionally and personally. The company culture is inclusive, respectful, and collaborative — people are kind and want to see each other succeed.
There’s a strong focus on career development, and I’ve had the chance to take on new challenges and expand my skill set. My work is recognized and appreciated, which makes a big difference. I also value the trust I’m given to do my job without being micromanaged, and there’s a healthy balance between work and personal life. Communication is open and transparent, and feedback is used to build people up, not break them down.
Cons
Honestly, not many. Like any growing company, there are occasional changes or pivots, but they’re usually well-communicated and handled thoughtfully.
