There is a reason why Spectrum has been voted best places to work 14 years in a row. Great company culture, great benefits, great leadership and compensation are just a few things the name for why this is the best company I have worked for.

Five weeks off per year.

Cons

Major favoritism, gossipy managers who don't keep the line between manager and co-worker clear, CEO and President who clearly have their favorites and look the other way, huge lack of growth potential, very low salaries compared to the overall industry, major micro management.

Pros

Co-workers were nice, not management team, they are horrible.

Cons

Pay, they low ball you and do not provide pay raises, overworked and overloaded, with no support from management team, you are to help with calls and emails but no one will help you when the time asks for it, Big brother attitude and extreme micromanagement. Will berate you in front of coworkers and tell everyone how bad you are and will talk behind your back as well. Did I mention no support, culture is horrible and complete opposite to what they preach.
