      Hybrid Schedule, 3 days in office & 2 days WFH

      Cons

      Management prefers H1B over US citizens. This is the only company in states where i was told by management that its not about what you know but who you know.

      You gain a lot of good work experience to put on your resume

      Cons

      They fired a lot of people while I was working for them. The expectation is that engineers work at night and come into the office the next day. You do not get to work from home if there is a snow day unless you use your PTO. Engineers wait a long time to be promoted.
