Pros

Super supportive admin team and strong behavioral team (at least here at Antioch campus) Staff turn-over rate is relatively low, so they know the ropes of being a good teaching aid; Teacher's pay is competitive (negotiable)

Cons

Lack of in-depth training; Lack of opportunity to observe other good teaching examples.

Pros

ABA focus in classrooms, opportunities for advancement and growth, experience in the field.

Cons

Pay, many changes within, not enough funding to provide to schools for them to make a decent impact, often a focus more on bringing in revenue rather than making change.
