      Pros

      Working in the classrooms can be fun if you have experience in this field and work well with the instructors in the room.

      Cons

      There is a huge problem with staff moral, and management doesnt know how to deal with it. There is sexism, racism, disrespect, and unprofessionalism throughout this company, and when directly asked for something to be done, their solution is to tell you to "toughen up". All the negative reviews you see on here is true. If you have a positive experience, its rare and lucky.

      Pros

      Grounded in a culture of Servant Leadership, Spectrum has been a supportive and amazing place to call home. Working with passionate and professional people, and changing the lives of children makes this a dream job. I couldn't ask for a better opportunity to grow myself professionally, and make a difference.

      Cons

      Improving the benefits package would go a long way with recruitment and retention.

      - Staff and network community is kind, encouraging, and will always support employees to do their best - Students and their families are incredible and joys to work with every day - Supportive environment; not critical - Spectrum is my family :)

      Cons

      - Wish we could pay our IA1's & IA2's more; they would SO incredibly hard and are wonderful leaders for our campuses!
