Below average pay, unethical business practices, retaliation from staff, restraint-happy culture, disrespectful and (at times) abusive environment for students

The only pros are the children. It is a hostile work place with aides pitted against teachers and an utterly inept administration.

Cons

No training, lack of communication, very poor morale.
