Too picky , not enough attention to employees. Too many expectations. Supervisors sucked. They didn't care about you. Not many employees being promoted

Favoritism. If one sup does not like you for whatever reason; they will all side with each other. If they like you, you can do no wrong. Inadequate training for a business that is always changing. They are reactive rather than proactive with changes made. I was always fixing someone else's mistake. The atmosphere is like a morgue. Everything is taken so seriously and feels like a funeral home. Not enough parking. The senior managers are too busy to see what is going on and their hands are tied to truly make improvements. No outside holiday party.
