Pros

This job does not care about you, and will only focus on your productivity, and take everything they can, and when they are done, they will fire you without any consideration. There's constant fraud committed by the inbound sales team that retention specialists then have to correct and fix, with little to no tools to do so. I would liken it to the most abusive relationship you've ever had. Never take sick/leave time if you can help it, and understand the HR team will do everything it can to cause you problems.

Cons

Constantly (and illegally) forcing people to take overtime, usually on short notice. Also some of the worst management staff I've had to work with. There are a handful of good and decent people, but for the most part, anyone who is supervisor and above was generally horrible to deal with.

Pros

Good pay at the beginning but after the commission structure changed in 2023 it was not worth working there anymore.

Cons

The Cons outweigh the pros. Don't get me wrong if you can take getting yelled at by angry customers all day and getting scolded by supervisors and managers for not pressuring people into unnecessary cable packages then you should be fine.
