Pros

My overall pro is my shift. Currently 7 to 330 I do have split days off but the time flies because it is a very busy atmosphere where you are constantly accomplishing your goals. Supervisors are very inherent and help as much as possible whenever necessary. Paid time off, sick time, and vacation time! So much commission the possibilities are in list for as much as you can earn.

Cons

The only thing I can think of as a potential con would be the focus on the dress code. Some managers are extremely nitpicky but as long as you come dressed to impress and professional looking you will have no issue

Pros

Generous pay. Monthly bonus. High commission rates. Dedicated and caring trainers and CEO. Real career with advancement opportunities.

Cons

It was difficult to hear about devastating family losses and finacial problems each day, and then trying to talk them into an expensive pkg. And there was always that one angry person who takes every problem in their life out on you. Emotionally tough.

Pros

401k matched in full up to 6%, and you have a set schedule for the most part so you know when your going home.

Cons

It used to be a place you liked to go and work at, tons of incentives with gift card up to $1000 plus for meeting basic job criteria, commissions were great, and health benefits were outstanding, now NO incentives at all besides a thank you email, commissions keep going down even though work ethic stays consistently better, just this year my commission per month has been $1200 less, adding more things to do during incoming calls and they want you to be under 600 seconds per calls also taking hundreds of calls per month, and now health benefits have NO copays when they used to be only 10-$15 then everything was covered $100 now for a family you must meet your premium which most likely is $3000+ before they start paying 90%, just not the same company anymore and the free cable we used to get is now going to start charging for equipment besides the first box, and employees will get only the first level of High Speed Internet, if we want the faster one which I believe if you are a cable employee you should get it free, it will cost $199 for it to be set up, ONLY thing that got better is that not the 401K is match 100% for up to 6%. Besides this unless you work there you know that one day you are here the next out, I've seen a lot of my coworkers let go because of simple mistakes that they genuinely made in error and they are let go, sometimes the company gives you a second chance but it's like getting a unicorn. You just don't feel appreciated anymore
