Pros

People, Training, Great Benefits, Free internet and Cable

Cons

Micromanaged atmosphere is bad...They say Commission is uncapped but call queues seem to be controlled. Calls you can't sell on because of location, wrong department and other factors...all counts against your daily numbers and monthly commission

Pros

Good Pay, Good Benefits, Great place to get experience in sales, Good Company to make a career out of if you want to transfer within to another position

Cons

Very strict on breaks, You'll get misrouted calls to try and sell on and are held to unrealistic expectations at times, New call script we have to follow isn't catered to existing cx calls
