Pros

Good benefits including heavily discounted cable service, dental, vision, and life insurance. Impressive hourly pay for not requiring a college degree. Many opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Many departments are under-staffed and in a hiring freeze due to a merger with Time Warner Cable. The company used to bring on temps to help during the busy times of the year, but this is no longer the case. They bank on current employees being willing to log tons of overtime to make up for a lack of proper staffing, which leaves many exhausted and over-worked. This stirs up negativity between those that put forth an honest effort and those that slack off, which causes a toxic environment.

Pros

Benefits are good, particularly given Obamacare/ACA destroying the healthcare system. Used to be able to work from home overnights to save you from the half asleep commute.

Cons

Human resources run the show, horrible internal bureaucracy. Upper management is absolutely inconsiderate of a vast majority of employees livelihood; only concerned with themselves, such as the new CEO moving HQ to where HE lives instead of just moving himself. After the TW merger it was announced that one of the most heavily overnight divisions was moving to Denver where Comcast runs there internet imprint which means no working from home for those who move. Absolutely ridiculous.
