Pros

Charter is a great place to work - Great benefits, customer-focused, work-life balance. Compensation is comparable to the industry average.

Cons

All engineering operations will soon be relocated to the Denver area, so my tenure here is short-lived. As a result, the company is losing top talent to competing organizations, but the people in power must be confident that they will be able to backfill these roles in the desired central location.

Pros

Hiring is easy, interview was simple. There are some opportunities to learn on current technologies.

Cons

Salary is awful. Some people in mgmt are very bossy and pushy. No benefits, during night shift,no overtime,no pay for work during non-business days or hours. Military kind of rule in mgmt, not open to work from home, flexibility in timings, people who are working from long time act like bosses ,mgmt does not care about employees and are always busy in their own world. Almost seems like racism sometimes, although its not evident . Contractors are treated like house keeping staff,no respect.
