Pros

Decent medical benefits, decent salary, free/discounted services, coworkers are great (dependent upon department). Sick time is accrued separately from vacation time. PTO starts at 2 weeks for hourly, 3 weeks for salary, maxes out at 5 weeks at 20 years. Great place for entry level employees who learn fast and work hard.

Cons

Services costs more than their value. You have to move to advance. If you are not in Stamford (CT), Denver, Charlotte or Austin, there is no real upward advancement. Not remote or hybrid friendly to in-house employees, contractors get to be 100% remote. Constantly re-organizing management structure. The 80/20 mantra with network/services, company never seems to finish anything to 100%.
