Pros

Decent pay for what you're doing

Cons

Everything else. Upper and middle management doesn't care one bit about you. Terrible shifts, completely mismanaged in all aspects. Terrible atmosphere. This is the place people go to just collect a paycheck and go home. Very high turnover due to the above reasons.

Pros

Benefits were OK, decent training in the beginning

Cons

Bad management using improper methodology to measure employees progress and achievements - employees don't leave bad jobs, they leave poor management
