Benefits get to many things to enhance work experience and knowledge. Lot of good dedicated people willing to go extra mile to get things done.

Cons

Big company micro management and new employees tend to stick around for short time. Turnover is a huge problem. Management is in their own world without realizing the cause of turnover.
