The people and benefits are great - who can argue with free cable and internet these days?

Cons

Spectrum largely adopted TWC (Time Warner Cable) processes, systems, and Leadership after the merger in 2016. The leadership layers, processes, and systems became more complicated than necessary which made it much more difficult to quickly resolve customer issues or make changes to orders on the fly.

Benefits are great, offers education assistance per year, good time off allocations.

Cons

Work environment is often toxic, work-life balance is non-existent, if your leadership is not great there is not much you can do about it regardless of your level, pay is mediocre at best compared to industry and location trends which is also non-negotiable, if you do not posses a degree good luck moving up that's all they care about.
