Definitely not the same company it once was. The last couple of years have been challenging and the change-over to Spectrum has negatively affected the company. This business is now much more concerned about their bottom line than they are customer satisfaction. They are sacrificing customer satisfaction to appease the stockholders, which will ultimately be the downfall of this company. We seem to be going backwards and reverting to old technology while our competitors are putting capital into new innovations and ideas and will eventually overtake the coax business with fiber technology. Now I feel like nothing more than number, when once it was more like a family atmosphere.
