      Pros

      Helping design systems that will, in the end, improve lives around the world really makes the job feel meaningful. Personally I've been able to grow and take on new opportunities in my field.

      Cons

      The biggest issue I have seen is there can be a disconnect upon expectations vs reality when setting budgets and deadlines.

      Pros

      Opportunity for advancement, culturally diverse, new lunchroom, restrooms, offices and clean rooms, monthly info.meetings to update employees, HR organized monthly events to engage and create a team atmosphere. Constant changes in daily tasks depending on daily shipping priorities.

      Cons

      DuPont owned now and our new master. Executives at corporate losing their jobs. Management at Mpls facility appear burnt out and exhausted. Recent hiring of convicts who had committed dangerous crimes was foolish. Always a chaotic atmosphere with poor communication at every level. Inadequate training of production workers when assigned different presses. Company policies change at the convenience of the current situation and management. Safety stated as #1, but doing a walk thru of the plant states otherwise.
