There are a few great leaders that support your growth and truly care. Inclusive environment.

Cons

Leadership avoids hiring additional employees even when we really need them, and asking for any type of raise mostly likely denied unless you threaten to leave.

Cons

Very faced paced work environment as an NPD engineer that may not be for everyone. Personally, that's the kind of environment I thrive in so I don't mind it.
