Pros

Benefits are OK Pay is decent

Cons

Literally only talks about benefits and all the things they give you, but when it comes to it they lie about all the terrible things you have to deal with when you actually get past the basic training and start "bridge" (which is literally just the job itself, but stilll called "training" so they dont let you call out for anything) You can get corrective action for being in a "personal" aux too much to like use the bathroom or make a quick phone call or to even just take a moment to yourself from the constant barrage of calls you have to endure. (Imagine a work place getting on top of you for using the bathroom LMAO) to be good at this job you basically have to be a corporate robot whos entire goal is to get done with calls and quick as possible and move on instead of actually trying to help customers since that gets you better metrics and gets you people promoted who MOST DEFINITELY dont deserve to be promoted. They have a system called SAM that listens in and docs you for certain words and phrases used, as well as having to do the same corporate intro and recap or it docs you a HUGE amount on your metrics for promotion. This job is so stressful because you have to basically be the pawn for a corporation to justify to people that they should keep paying nearly 300 dollars a month for their services that barely function

Pros

Good entry-level pay and benefits.

Cons

Highly emotionally volatile customer-base calling in with low IQ or an outright BS Modus Operandi. PTO becomes impossible to cash in since everyone is perma-refreshing for the first sign of hour availability. They tell you to stay in your scope of support yet establish impossible metrics that forces you to constantly work outside of your scope of support.
