Cons

HR is terrible micromanaging down to the minute Managers and VP and so disconnected Employees are just a number most new hires quit in 6-12 months

Pros

Decent incentives with good support from upper management. Position also had extensive paid training which made getting started much easier.

Cons

Biggest con would be when the company decided to shut down the call center, putting myself and over 600 others out of work.
